Platonic, romantic, power-exchange, sexual, asexual–your unique dynamic informs how we define, work through, and celebrate your journey. Up to three (3) folks can participate together.

Accepted Insurances
Some insurances are verified through the Alma portal. *
Some plans have a waitlist until the effective date of my in-network status. **
Relationship therapy is self-pay only, as insurance focuses on individual treatment and diagnosis, not relationship dynamics.
Informed Consent: While I am able to accept the insurances listed below for individual therapy, insurance companies and organizations that facilitate access to insurance for both therapists and clients (think Headway and Alma) are increasingly imposing restrictions on mental health care, up to directly denying coverage. These restrictions are made known to providers but not always communicated to clients. Please keep this in mind when using your insurance, as services paid through insurance are inherently limited based on diagnosis and medical necessity. We will discuss what this may look like for your care based on your goals for treatment.
Out-of-Network Billing: For insurances not listed below, I will be considered an out-of-network provider. Out-of-network (OON) billing is an underutilized resource for therapy service coverage that still allows access to care where your insurance permits it. If you have a PPO plan, you typically also have OON benefits. This process involves paying directly for services and getting a receipt—called a superbill—for your sessions that you submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Some HMO plans will allow single case exceptions to see an OON provider under special circumstances. Be sure to ask your insurance about your plan benefits.
