I complete simple website design and branding. I also keep your website managed and updated for you. You can completely decide to have it made and never touch it again, or submit copy for updates and request new pages at any time.
You will be asked to provide all copy for the site, including your privacy policy, and all of your branding materials, including colors and logo files. If you do not have existing brand materials, or only have a logo, you may either select from simple pre-curated concepts or add on a branding service.

Web Design and Branding
Single Page Site Design (Hosted Site)
I will design a consistently formatted and visually friendly one page site for your private practice with up to a maximum of 5 sections. Your site does not need to have more than one section if you do not want it to. Common sections include: about the therapist and/or practice, areas of focus, services, fees, FAQ, and contact. Legally required pages such as your privacy policy are included at no additional charge. Service includes one revision round.
If you have a pre-existing website and do not want to start fresh, there is a conversion fee to cover pulling materials from the website and mapping domain redirects. I will not copy the format of a pre-existing website.
Hosting and Maintenance
Hosting is a required add-on with site design. Hosting allows for easy management of site maintenance, access, and security, so I do not offer the option for site design without hosting.
Included in the monthly fee are minor updates to existing content, including typos, changing images, and the addition of small details. Changes can be requested via a concise email once a month, for ease of tracking, and must be minor both in type of correction and quantity.
Additional Pages and Updates
Basic site design will be for a single, sectioned home page. Additional pages can be added to the initial design or at a later time. This service is intended for simple page additions. Page additions to a single page site that require a reformatting of existing elements will require additional cost.
Updates such as the addition of, or substantial changes to, copy, images, or layout, are charged at an hourly rate with a one hour minimum. Content updates may result in changes to layout for visual consistency.
Branding
A brand sheet that consolidates your business name, logo, color, fonts, and the most important usage guidelines. If you need a logo, I will create a simple wordmark. This service is for a brand sheet only and not for a full brand kit, as kits take an extensive amount of time and cost thousands. Small businesses and private practices can typically do without a full brand kit.
This service includes one free revision round. Additional revisions to the wordmark or other elements are charged a flat fee per request.
